Best book(s) on the Seven Years' War

by edgyprussian

I'm looking for a good book, preferably still in print, on the entirety of the Seven Years' War. As long as it's under 2000 pages I don't mind the length, and while I do read a lot of history I'm not too well-acquainted with this period. It seems to be quite a complex war, with lots of different sides. Is there even a single good book on it? Obviously preferably I'd like one that isn't too unreadable. Thanks.

For the North American theater, Fred Anderson's Crucible of War is thorough, well-sourced. It's very clear and un-romantic in its treatment of George Washington and James Wolfe ( who have had plenty of hagiography) and presents the Indian Nations' side of things pretty well.
