Trying to find the speeches of the Brothers Gracchi? Where do I find them?
The current collection is Oratorum Romanorum Fragmenta, which is ancient. I think it's in the 4th edition now. There's a project at Glasgow to produce a new collection of oratory, but that's not quite published, unless I missed it.
The ORF has about 2 pages of Ti. Gracchus and about 25 of C. Gracchus (at least in the table of contents I was able to access online), but I'm afraid it's untranslated and testamonia. I'm not aware of any translated collection of oratory, but you should at least be able to glean references from the ORF and look up translations of the individual works cited.
