More can be written, but you might like to start with "How aware was Japan of Hitler's idea of an Aryan master race?" by /u/Orchideenpavillon.
I'm not sure whether you'd care about "What was the long-term aim of the alliance between Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan? Was it simply an alliance of convenience against Great Britain or was there some longer-term vision behind it?" by /u/CrossyNZ. I hesitated to mention it because it mostly discusses cold factual reasons why Japan found an alliance with Germany to be useful, but doesn't talk about admiration, the focus of your question.
While I'm here, if you have more Axis-related questions, you can always see the FAQ section "Axis alliance and post-war plans".
This is not to discourage discussion. More questions, data and debate are welcome.
