Is there somewhere that has aggregated newspaper stories from the Medieval period?
If you're thinking about medieval Europe, I'm afraid there aren't newspapers in the traditional sense. From the 14th century, pamphlets or billfolds called broadsides (and then once print is invented, broadsheets) might include news stories on them, although that wasn't their usual purpose. But they don't survive as individual broadsides. We know about them because occasionally the text of one was reproduced in a chronicle.
Now, if you're looking for a sort of "op-ed" perspective on medieval events, chronicles are a good place to look. They have plenty of Mentions Of An Event, but always filtered through a strong opinion/polemical purpose (though not always explicitly) in the context of the overall collection of events.
archive.org has a translation of Orderic Vitalis' chronicle from high medieval England. That's a fun one to start with, if you're interested! If you want to pick up a physical book instead of a PDF online, Jean Froissart's Chronicles have a great edition from Penguin Classics that you can get for cheap and is a popular, enjoyable read.
Andrew Pettegree's book The Invention of News is an engaging look at the development of newspapers over the course of the early modern and modern eras, if you're interested in that angle.
