Temples such as Chitchen Itza, the big multileveled pyramids
In mayan, you mean?
In their function as temples they are called either 'yotot' ('a house being inhabited' or simply 'his house') or 'ch'ul na' ('sacred building'), often the pyramids are also marked with a combination of signs meaning 'witz' = 'mountain'.

If you mean the names of concrete pyramids/temples:
The big one in Chichen Itza is called 'El Castillo' or 'Temple of Kukulcan', the one with all the pillars around it 'Temple of a Thousand Warriors'. Every temple in the different maya sites has its own name, even if it's just something like 'Temple 1' 'Pyramid/Temple of XYZ' or even 'LD-49', I just don't think that we know the original names. At least 10 years ago we didn't.
