Hi all, I was reading up on some Ancient Egyptian history (as I’m quite fond of it), however something that I haven’t wrapped around my head (nor could find out) was why Ancient Egypt lasted so long. Any thoughts as to why?
There's always more to say on the topic, but I tackled this topic in Ancient Egypt is often described as the longest continuous human civilization, and seems to have maintained a surprising amount of cultural continuity. How accurate is this description? If so why were they able to maintain continuity so much more than other civilizations?
