"The Dynamikos Sheta-Maat Spellbook" by Ciara Sullivan was published on September 15, 1867 in England and allegedly caused mass hysteria as a result. Did it really happen?

While doing research on an unrelated topic, I found a bizarre entry on the wikipedia page for 1867 and decided to go down the rabbit hole about it. What I found was... nothing. Was there mass hysteria in England at this time over the occult, whether due to this book or not? Or is this simply farce?

I can find no reference to an actual historical work of that name or by that person, and Wikipedia cites no sources for that entry. However there is a timeline for a GURPS game which includes a very similar entry; either they borrowed it from Wikipedia - the entry was added in early 2012 while the blog dates to 2016 - or they were both drawing on the same source, possibly a GURPS sourcebook. All other entries on the internet appear to refer back to the Wikipedia page for 1867.
