Going to need some clarification here, I can think of a few ways to interepret your question.

1. Which flood story was recorded first, the Biblical or Sumerian one?

2. If we were to calculate when Noah would have lived, would he have predated the Sumerians?

3. Did either of the flood stories originate from the other?

1 and 3 are answerable to various degrees, 2 isn't really a matter of history but of highly spurious exegesis. What exactly are you after?
