Hi reddit historians, i'm searching information about Byzantine Themes (provinces or districs). I found some short paragraphs in some books but it wasn't enough. Is there any book or article dedicated to Themes topic? Thanks.
Hi reddit historians, i ask for help but i think it was a little bit complicated question. I found a book contains very useful information about Byzantine and her themes. Books name is Palgrave Altas of Byzantine History, author John Haldon. I hope it helps someone.
