There was one recorded instance. It happened in Houston in the 70’s. The guy murdered his son with poison pixie sticks for insurance money. He slipped some in his daughters bag too as well as some friends that went with them, so it would look more random, but none of them liked pixie stix. He got busted because the kids reported none of the houses they visited were handing out pixie stix.
