I doubt anyone will sit through the 3 1/2 hour video, but I skimmed the book on Google Books, and repeated phrases like "post-Atlantean cultures" and "Lemurian epoch" are obvious signs the book is full of pseudohistory. Written in 1908, it's also woefully outdated.

I recommend starting with The Complete Gods and Goddesses of Ancient Egypt and the books by Geraldine Pinch.
