Hello historians,
I'm currently working on a bibliography for a research paper. I've had no trouble finding secondary sources, but I've exhausted all of my available academic resources looking for primary sources. I'm looking for French and Spanish perspectives during Napoleon Bonaparte's occupation in Spain.
Any possible suggestions would be extremely appreciated!
Not sure if this is helpful because a) it's fiction, and b) is written from a British perspective, but many of Bernard Cornwell's novels (the Sharpe series) are to do with the Napoleonic wars. While they are fiction, I believe a lot of the details are real and researched. He probably has references at the end of the book so might be worth digging there. Good luck!
