Hey there, first time poster on this Sub.

I've been looking for some entertaining books to read from the ancient Greece times. More specific about the times around ~500BCE and ~300BCE, somewhat later or earlier doesn't really matter as long as its about the Greek civilization.

For example I really enjoy reading about the Persian wars, the conflicts between Athens and Sparta and other relevant wars/conflicts around the peloponnesian.

It doesn't necessarily have to be writers and philosophers in this era that wrote about these times and conflicts.

I apologise for my English as it isn't my native language however if there are any uncertainties feel free to leave a question.

All suggestions are appreciated!
