I would like to read more of the history of countries. I am talking about England,France, Spain, China etc etc. I read about ancient cultures so I am more interested in the early medieval times till now. So are there any good books about the whole history of country in english?
You might want to check out the various Cambridge Histories. These are generally multi-volume works covering a specific territory (or sometimes a larger topic) with essay or article-like entries by experts on those particular topics.
So, for example, there is the 15-volume Cambridge History of China.
The Cambridge History of Britain
Or the Cambridge History of Turkey (which includes the Ottoman Empire).
These are all country series.
But there is also, for example, The Cambridge History of the Native Peoples of the Americas or The Cambridge History of Arabic Literature.
Many of these books are prohibitively expensive (some are marginally more affordable as e-books), but are often readily accessible reference works at a library.
