It is possible that Adolf Hitler had genital abnormalities, but claims that he had a "micropenis" or that he was missing a testicle are likely exaggerations. Historians Emma Craigie and Jonathan Mayo claim that Hitler may have had two separate conditions causing genital abnormalities: cryptorchidism (an undescended testicle) and a rare condition called penile hypospadias. Penile hypopsadias occurs in around 1 in 300 males, and it is a condition where the urethra opens on the underside of the penis instead of the tip, which can give the penis an unusual appearance in some cases. It has been falsely reported in tabloids that this condition is synonymous with having a micropenis, but this is not true; hypopsadias can cause a downward curve to the penis (chordee) when erect, making it appear smaller, but it does not affect penis size. Some cases of hypopsadias can be obvious, but other cases are more subtle and may be difficult to spot until a boy is older. We do not have details about the nature of this deformity in Adolph Hitler, if he did indeed have it. Hitler's childhood doctor, Eduard Bloch, told US officials in 1943 that Hitler's genitals were completely normal. A report by a prison doctor from 1923 noted that Hitler's right testicle was undescended, but did not mention other abnormalities. Claims that Hitler lost a testicle in battle as a young man have not been substantiated and are believed to be a myth.
Hitler's body was burned after his death, and his wife, Eva Braun, died alongside him. We will likely never know for sure what Hitler's genitals looked like, but there does not appear to be a lot of evidence to substantiate the idea of a "micropenis", and these claims are most likely posthumous rumours and myths.
