How were numbers pronounced in roman times?

In Latin the cardinal numbers are unus, duo, tres quattuor, quinque, sex, septem, octo, novem, decem.

In later Latin the C in decem shifted from a K sound to a tch, and the V in novem went from a W sound to a V.

Is that really what you were asking?
