German bayonet with unknown language inscribed.

Is anyone able to translate this? I had my friend from Israel try to translate it as I thought it was Arabic, but he thinks its Hebrew (cursive) and his dad thinks its neither.I originally thought this was a bi-product of the Arab & Nazi alliance in the 2nd world war, now I'm just plain baffled
It was left to me by my father who passed away in 2015, he always told me it was Arabic.

I have included pictures of every angle of the writing because I'm just plain not sure if its the right way up or not

The second image is the right way up.

That’s Thai. ร.ศ. 121 for Rattanakosin era year 121, a way of counting years beginning with the year 1 of rule of the current ruling dynasty on April 1st in the Buddhist Era 2324 (Common Era 1781). This reckoning was abandoned in Rattanakosin era year 131 (BE 2455/CE 1912) in favor of BE/CE.

The bayonet would have been stamped in 1902, likely in Thailand (then called Siam)
