Who were the sea fairing people that caused the Bronze Age collapse?

by Mr_Chips_N_Dip

I like to think that I am moderately well educated on the Bronze Age but in the time I have spent researching this era, I still cannot find an exact name or origin for the sea fairing people that caused the Bronze Age collapse. If anyone could give me a hand and site their sources that would be very appreciated.

Not to discourage further discussion, but there’s a section of the FAQ on the Sea Peoples with answers on who they were from u/kookingpot and u/Bentresh. You would also be interested in the AMA with u/ehcline, author of 1177 BC: The Year Civilization Collapsed.
