Trying to find the origin of old ammunition

by LordAnselmus

I got two artillery projectiles for my birthday, and I am trying to find the origin of them, can anyone help?

The person I got the projetiles from have had them in her family for a long time, probably more than 100 years, not a certainty, but that was what she thought.

Here is a folder with images of the projectiles.

Large Projectile:

- Diameter: 36 millimeter

- Height: 132 millimeter (Although this height is probably not correct because the projectile is missing it´s tip, I assume it is armor piercing of some sort)

- The text is "m34N43H5 (Some sort of crown, as seen in 3.jpg) JB

Small Projectile:

- Diameter: 19 millimeter

- Height: 71 millimeter

- On top is a crown

- An N in a circle and an H

- 42 and 2 vertical lines

- NS

Do you have dimensions for these rounds? The diameter of the bases would be useful, as it is much easier to track down a gun using the bore diameter than it is by trying to match ammunition numbers.
