Hello All,
In 1970 for the first Earth Day, my Dad did a little clean-up project for the Attleboro MA high school students. Apparently, he was on the cover of the Balfour Craftsman magazine, a local quarterly by a company in town.
With my mediocre research skills, I've been trying for a couple of weeks to find a Spring/Summer version of the 1970 Balfour Craftsman magazine, from Attleboro, MA. I found their library which has these issues, but I don't believe they will have the correct image on the cover: https://sails.ent.sirsi.net/client/en_US/aboromain/search/detailnonmodal/ent:$002f$002fSD_ILS$002f0$002fSD_ILS:5656/ada?qu=balfour
Any ideas on where I could look to find a more complete archive of this?
That's going to be really tough, as "house organ" magazines don't get kept by many libraries. Worldcat.org doesn't show any library with a holding of "Balfour Craftsman."
I think you're out of luck unless the company archives are now someplace you can physically visit.
