What are some great WW2 books that depict the holocaust well and stays interesting?

My mother is super interested in books on this topic and i’m looking for an extra christmas gift for her.

I looked through the rules and I think this is okay, but sorry if I didn’t see a rule that prohibits this.

Thank you!

I found Timothy Snyder’s Bloodlands to be a very thorough and well-written and researched book on the war on the Eastern Front, as well as the Soviet and Nazi atrocities which preceded, accompanied, and followed it.
