Hey, you may check out r/linguistics for some help! does the source indicate if it is indeed in Old Persian, and not another commonly written Cuneiform langauge? I'd be willing to give a transcription, but unfortunately I'm not familiar enough with old Persian to be much help, and given both how rough of a fit OPC is to the language and the likelihood that modern tattoo artists aren't fluent in classical languages could make it difficult to decipher.
