I found a film that attempts to depict a concentration camp in the Czech Republic as a "paradise for the Jews". This is an article about it here: https://www.jta.org/2011/05/02/culture/rare-nazi-propaganda-film-showcases-theresienstadt-as-paradise-for-inmates
Concentration camps, however, were typically not featured in the Nazi German media diet. This is not to suggest that Germans were unaware of what was in the cattle cars heading east, but the German film industry, according to a course focused on German film during the Nazi period I took at OSU, was mostly concerned about escapism and letting Germans escape the reality of the wars that the Nazis were waging. I hope this helps!
