I've written on Zoroastrians influencing Judaism previously: https://old.reddit.com/r/AskHistorians/comments/9zbhjf/to_what_extent_did_zoroastrianism_particularly_in/ea922dz?utm_source=reddit-android
There is absolutely no reason to think Judaism had a substantial influence on Zoroastrianism, though, and Zoroastrianism was not really monotheistic (it doesn't fit very well into the mono-poly division even in its modern forms). The fact is, we only see strong assertions of monotheism in Judaism in the Achaemenid era. Now, it's hardly the case that the Jews "got" monotheism from Persians, but interaction with and reactions against Zoroastrianism was probably one of many developments leading to a monotheist doctrine. Particularly the celebration of God's creative power and ability to manipulate the natjral worls as a "sculptor" has antecedents in Zoroastrianism and to a lesser extent Vedic religion.
