Good night , currently I am researching the Spartakist Revolt in Germany. And I want to obtain information from Newspapers about how the world reacted that uprising. So how can I find the daily newspapers of these period online. I would be pleased for every assistance.
As far as I'm aware there are no UK newspapers free online. If you're a member of library (particularly a university library, but my city library has them) it may well have access to databases containing them. There are several titles on Proquest, my library also has access to the Times.
As you mention both the UK and US, which aren't German, and don't have much in common apart from language, I suspect you'd also be interested in the Australian and New Zealand papers, which are online. The Australian papers at Trove, and the New Zealand ones at Papers Past (I've had a look at the Maoriland Worker, the trade-union paper already, and there is surprisingly little. The first mention appears to the the 12th of February edition).
US papers I know less about, though I believe some of them are online. I would still check first if there are any databases that contain them which you might have access to (again, there are several on Proquest).
