I’m sure they really didnt, the conditions of sludge and snow described for the Bering strait seem impractical enough to pass through, now some people probably did, living in tents or ice structures and what not, bit travel to the new world seems to have most likely happens by boat or along the coasts which connected in many places due to sea level being about 400 feet lower ♾❤️
