Hello again historians! I am back once again looking for help from you guys. I am doing my capstone research project on the Nazi camp system.
The bulk of my research at this point will focus on Auschwitz (most famous death camp), ravensbrueck (only documented all-female camp) and Buchenwald (known for it's violence) while also including an introductory research on the general camp system (different types of camps, camp sponsors such as ig farben, and how the camps evolved over time). I have a good amount of books, articles, peer-reviewed journals, and a few shows so far.
Some from my bib are goldhagen's 'hitlers willing executioners', albert speer's memoirs, hoess's 'commandant of Auschwitz', and Sarah helm's 'ravensbrueck'. Any additional books, articles, or peer reviewed journals that you know of to assist me in my journey are greatly appreciated!
