Carsten Peust's Egyptian Phonology is the standard reference. Antonio Loprieno's Ancient Egyptian has a more wholeistic linguistic introduction as well. Another possibility for a more recent but more controversial book is James P Allen's The Ancient Egyptian Language. I hope this helps.
