I'm not aware of there being one, for the simple reason that the Turks weren't in control Istanbul during the Greco-Turkish war. Istanbul was an occupied city, controlled by mostly British forces. The Treaty of Sevres, which the Greeks were trying to enforce, called for Istanbul to be an international zone, controlled by no single power.
