Can you be more specific by what you mean by where? Are you asking about whether there were black Africans in Europe during the Medieval period?
If that is the question you are asking then the answer is yes there were. Particularly around the Mediterranean there were lots of trade links to Africa and the near East (and further) that meant that there would have been black people in Europe. In Moorish Spain there would also have been a black or part black population of Muslims. There would also perhaps have been a small number of black slaves but these would have been a very small number as European enslavement of back Africans was not a system in the way that it became from the Early Modern period onwards.
