Today:

Welcome to this week's instalment of /r/AskHistorians' Sunday Digest (formerly the Day of Reflection). Nobody can read all the questions and answers that are posted here, so in this thread we invite you to share anything you'd like to highlight from the last week - an interesting discussion, an informative answer, an insightful question that was overlooked, or anything else.

I asked a question ,,What was the goal of Baltische Landeswehr in the Baltic's just after the first world war?" and two days later I received an excellent in-depth answer by u/Pseudohistorian. As the question did not get many upvotes, it quickly disappeared amongst other questions and most likely only few people got to see the answer.

Welcome to a other glorious edition of the Sunday Digest! It was a pretty stellar week, with tons of great stuff posted from a ton of different people. I was able to read only a small portion of it, but here’s some of the fantastic posts I came across. If you other wonderful readers come across stuff you liked, I absolutely encourage you to post it up here!

Firstly, a new podcast is out! Check out /u/EnclavedMicrostate in AskHistorians Podcast 130 -- The Taiping Rebellion.

There was also a fantastic AMA! You should absolutely check out The American Archive of Public Broadcasting – 70+ years of historic public television and radio programming digitized and accessible online for research

The weekly features continue to be some interesting threads with good stuff.

I often miss it each week because of my usual schedule, but I caught Thursday Reading & Recommendations | February 14, 2019 and found lots of interesting discussion and recommendations.

The Friday Free For All! is always a good place for some discussion or random stuff.

And of course the Saturday Showcase!

Finally my weekly reminder that all you folks, from posters to mods to question askers, are absolutely fantastic and make this such a great community to be a part of. Thank you all for making such great content that I would happily spent several hours of my Sunday morning just trying to put it into a list.

I asked the question "Why were certain Native American organizations, such as the American Indian Federation, so opposed to John Collier?" and hope it might get some notice here, if only so that someone knowledgeable of the AIF could point me toward some quality sources on the organization.
