When was wireless technology for communication made?

Like actually talking over very long distances.. Not from 1 room to another.

I read on google that it was invented like 200 years ago but not for practical use.

You may need to clarify what you mean. Obviously signaling to others with fires or smoke dates from prehistory; semaphore signaling allowed complex messages within the line of sight by the late 18th century; Morse code messages could be flashed using a heliotrope or shuttered lamp as soon as that short-long alphabetic code was developed. Apparently Alexander Graham Bell demonstrated telephony by modulating a beam of light as early as 1880.

Morse code was transmitted by radio beginning in 1895, and radio voice communications followed a decade later.
