Found a 3rd Panzer Divison. Wermacht did not use 'company' as a word so IDK if it's the one you're looking for, it also lacks having a '1st' battalion as well.

Started service in 1939, saw battles throughout Poland, Belgium, Brussels, France, then saw a period of inactivity as it was assigned to invade Libya, but that was cancelled, then assigned to 'Operation Felix' but that was also cancelled.

Finally went into action again in 1941, was part of Operation Barbarossa, went to Kiev, then Moscow, beaten in Moscow and retreated, then fought in Kharkov, in 1942 it saw heavy action in Mozdok, taking massive losses and being forced into a desperate retreat across dangerous terrain of the then frozen sea of Azov.

Had a rest period then saw action during the battle of Kursk, again it was forced to retreat, then saw action in the eastern front for the rest of the war, before finally surrendering to U.S forces at Styria.

Not much info all up, but that should be something I hope.

As for it's tanks? Idk, but I'm guessing Tigers, King Tigers, Panzer IV's and III's, Panthers and lastly, STuG's and Jpanthers.

As for Berlin, at least 10 King Tigers of the SS Panzer Battalion 503 have recorded service, Panzer 314 (Georg Diers) was one of the last few to see action, she was scuttled by crew after mines damaged most of the tank. Last two Tiger II's to have recorded action were under Max Lippert's command, he attempted to break out of Russian encirclement to reach the Elbe, but both tanks were destroyed, this was on May 2nd. Karl Heinz Turk also had command of a Tiger II, but no record of when His was knocked out, although there are pictures. https://c1.staticflickr.com/8/7632/17028010362_3b49262f55_c.jpg here's one of 'em, and there's a second. https://i.pinimg.com/474x/f6/94/c6/f694c66d2b958c0f176ccae695294d89.jpg
