What were the British contingency plans had the Germans actually successfully pulled of Operation Sea Lion during WWII and invaded Britain? Would the have evacuated government and royal family to one of the colonies and continued to fight from there, or would they have surrendered?

Follow up question: What were the German plans for if Sea Lion was a success? Did they plan to fully annex the British Isles or were they going to try to break up Great Britain into its member kingdoms and install friendly regimes? Did they even think that far ahead?
