Can anyone help identify this calendar?

by thelocalbaker

Hey folks!

I got banned from r/whatisthisthing for asking what this was, can anybody here help?

It looks like an old calendar to me, I think it's German and possibly a Julius Working calendar as somebody on r/whatisthisthing suggested but I really can't find anything anywhere about it!

I think it's possibly 17th century but that's a guess in all honesty.

I'm really sorry if I'm in the wrong place again, if I am just let me know and maybe point me in the direction of some help!

I found it going through a pile of old books and would just like to know more about it!

Thank you in advance

It's a page from a German Almanac. "Julius" means July, "Hewmon" (Heumonat) is the old German name of the month. The opposite side has astrological tables for "Brachmon" (Brachmonat) i.e. June.

The typography and style of the ornaments are typical for (roughly) the second half of the 16th century and first half of the 17th,. C.f. this one from 1577 printed in Leipzig.
