Hoe did Juliud Caesar hide his epilepsy?

I know it's assumed that Caesar had epilepsy from descriptions of his fits, but how would he have hidden his seizures from people?

The assumption Caesar suffered from epilepsy ist evidenced by various sources but none is elaborating on how he personally dealt with it. It's questionable that he tried to hide it at all as roman authors from that period were aware of it. Even Gaius Suetonius Tranquillius (Sueton), who was kind of the official biographer for the first emperors, wrote in "Vita Caesarum" that he had two epileptic seizures ("Defectio epileptica") during business. Appianus (roman historian from the second century A.D.) also describes Caesars "epilepsy and sudden spasms". Plutarch reported he had a fit at the battle of Thapsus. This event took place two years before his death. It is often referenced that only in his later years he was afflicted by epilepsy. Roman authors allready speculated about the reason for his disease. They associated it to Caesars cerebral sclerosis and alcoholism. This arguably indicates that symptomatic epilepsy was well-known in antic Rome and therefor it was not stigmatized or rather Caesar did not need to keep it a secret.
