Can someone speak to the historical accuracy of this cartoon purporting to explain control of modern day Israel/Palestine throughout history?

Link below. Let's set aside the illustrations, which the creator admits are inaccurate. Are there any empires she left out? Or powers portrayed as having gone to war with one another that in fact did not? Anything not in the right order?

It doesn't really make sense, in general. There are a lot of historical inaccuracies in the video, but I'll stick to the modern stuff, which is my area of expertise. In particular, it portrays (at least, according to the descriptions by the blog) the British rolling in and "taking" the land from "Palestinians", according to the blog as tied to the video. But that would be historically inaccurate. Prior to British control, it was the Ottoman Turks who were in control of the territory, not the Palestinian Arabs. Palestinian Arabs sought sovereignty, that much is true, but never had it. They sought that sovereignty at the same time as Jews did, who are somehow portrayed as seeing the Palestinian Arabs with their hands up at the mercy of the British and fighting them as well. That also makes no sense; the Jews and Arabs alike both fought and worked with the British during the nearly 30 years of British control, as well as fighting against one another, until the 1947 civil war and eventual establishment of Israel in 1948. So it makes little sense to exclude that, but portray the British as taking control from the Arabs (rather than the Turks), but also portray the fighting pre-1948 without including the British attempts to keep both sides from one another.

It's a cute cartoon, but not a useful one for detailed history of who owned what and when.
