As /u/commiespaceinvader 's post of theirs, there was no defined policy on Islam within the Third Reich. Germany's engagement with Islam was almost entirely improvisational in nature; i.e. building connections with individuals who were Muslims who could be used against the British or forming ad hoc policies with regards to Muslims who were under the German sphere of influence. Hitler's thoughts on Islam were scattered and it was not a priority for him.
