I mean not at all a historian but from my limited knowledge I'll try to provide a few reasons. Firstly Marx one of the fathers of communism was born a jew. Secondly the Soviet union was a massive threat to the nazis and confrontation was inevitable. Lastly there were some really wired conspiracy theories saying the comunism had jewish origins. It was some crazy anti semitic shit that only crazy nazis believed and some crazy people after.
