Are you currently pursuing a history degree? I have a BA in American History but actually ended up working in safety standards development as a project manager (initially thought I would go to law school but interned at a law office and quickly changed my mind- too monotonous.)

That being said, I would encourage anyone with a passion for and draw towards history to pursue the major or minor. The analytical, writing and public speaking skills you will refine through those studies will be an assent no matter what career you ultimately pursue. Best of luck to you!
