The decline of the Han dynasty is traditionally attributed to corruption of the court eunuchs - is that still the current consensus of historians?

The traditional reasons for the fall of the Han empire is that the eunuchs took control of the Imperial bureaucracy and were too corrupt to support peasants during disasters. I was wondering if there were any potential revisionist views on the cause of the fall of the Han dynasty?
