Yes, and these two and probably all the others are connected, as they seem to descend from a common Proto-Indo-European religion. The idea of three (or occasionally a different number) of fate-deciding weaver women additionally appears in Hittite, Celtic, Roman, Albanian, Baltic, and Slavic mythology. Seemingly the only major branch in which we haven't found this trope is the Indo-Aryan one.

There are a lot of other mythological characters that can be understood to have existed in Proto-Indo-European mythology due to shared names and characteristics across the various Indo-European languages. A famous one is the sky father (Dyeus Phater), also known as Zeus (pater), Jupiter (from an earlier Djous Pater), and Dyaus Pita of Vedic mythology.
