We know that much of the Native population was wiped out due to European diseases, but were there any diseases deadly to Europeans passed on by Native Americans? Or, in other words, why weren’t European colonies wiped out by disease like Native Americans were wiped out by European disease? This is my first post, so sorry if the wording of my question is confusing or insensitive.
