This is a repost of a question asked 6 months ago by u/soylent_gray that received no approved answer, and I'm still very much interested in it, so in light of the anniversary of the lunar landing and all the praise being heaped on von Braun in the old footage, I hope a repost is allowed.
Okay, so I don't know the answer off the top of my head when it comes to Jewish scientists and I don't really have time to research it, but I figured that when it comes specifically to rockets and von Braun it can't hurt to link this old answer that I wrote about how the German rocket scientists were seen by Jews in Huntsville, where they worked. Even if it's not quite what you asked for I hope it's interesting! And I definitely want to try to get back to this sometime.
