Reading through old family correspondence and happened upon a small reference to the Wright Brothers in Oberlin, Ohio on June 22nd, 1910 where they "get a L.L.D."

The obverse of the post card merely features an image of the Carnegie Library in Oberlin.
The linked article from the Oberlin Review suggests the brothers received honorary doctorates from Oberlin College in 1910. It does not have the exact date or the exact degree, but that might be a place to do more research. I do not know if this meets criteria here, so I also pm'd.
