After the Hungarian conquest of the Carpathian Basin in 9th century, there was no sinificant migration to Central Europe from East. Only the Osman expansion, which hit Central Europa during 17th century and was defeated during 18th century brought Turkic people in this region, but they didn't get opportunity to settle there. There was migration from Germany to Bohemia since 12th century but after Slavic tribes came there in 6th century there was no migration from the East or South East.
