No. As I explained in this thread. The German request to use Swedish railroads came after Norway was occupied. The invasion occurred in April and the Norwegians were defeated by June 10, and the request to use Swedish railroads did not come until a week and a half after that.

Sweden did not allow the Germans to move armed troops through Sweden (with the exception the 'Midsummer crisis' transit of troops to Finland; allied with the Germans at the time) and didn't involve moving an invasion force but rather allowing unarmed troops; injured soldiers and those on leave - to pass through Sweden to Germany.

The allegation doesn't even make sense Sweden was not allied with Nazi Germany in any way. The invasion of Norway was a direct threat to its own security.
