I assume you're refering to his video response to Steven Crowder's video? This one? I've watched it a few times but it's over an hour long and contains several hundred possible points of debate. Is there something in particular that you're wondering about or is it more the overall assertion that the crusades were not a defensive response to the muslim conquest?

For the latter, the question has been answered so many times here by some really knowledgable people. The topic as such actually way predates Crowder's plunge into historical inaccuracy. Here's an old thread from 4 years ago when someone called Joe Plumber argued almost exactly the same thing Crowder did and had the entire thing dismantled by /u/Valkine and /u/larbarge3.
