The records of fighting at the time always speak of heroes and personal feats, but I'm not sure of having heard about a legionary with flashbacks of war or Greek hoplites with regrets of their acts during the war times.

I would like to Know if there is some kind of record that could imply PTSD at the time, and if there are records, how was the subject perceived in those societies?
