I wanted a book that I could read to learn about Rome
I found a book by a huge old historian named Livy, the book was called "Dawn of the Roman Empire," anyone know if it's a good book or if theres any better ones?
When learning about the Roman Empire Livy is a great choice. Dawn of the Roman Empire is a good read I would suggest other classics by Livy such as "The History of Rome" and "The Early History of Rome". I would also take a look at SPQR: A History of Ancient Rome by Mary Beard. Hope this helps!
